Suspected Racketeer Chief Spared of Court Appearance Again
Ljubljana, 17 September - A Slovenian district court ruled on Tuesday that the trial against a suspected racketeer chief be suspended for the time being. The trial of Josip Loncaric and eleven other group members accused of involvement in human trafficking has been delayed several times this year on grounds of Loncaric's poor health. Despite hearing a report which suggested that Loncaric is fit for trial, the court decided to temporary exclude his case from the trial due to new health-related causes.
