SOD and KAD Might Keep Part of Lek Shares
Ljubljana, 17 September - The two biggest shareholders of Slovenian drug-maker Lek - the Pension Fund Management (KAD) and the Slovenian Reimbursement Fund (SOD) might retain a part of their stake in the company, officials from these two two state-run funds suggested after Tuesday's talks with Swiss pharmaceuticals Novartis, a bidder for the Lek's takeover.
