The Actual Enlargement Summit Will Be in Brussels, Says Europe Minister
Ljubljana, 18 September - The actual EU enlargement summit will take place at the end of October in Brussels, when the 15 member states name the countries that will enter the Union in 2004, rather than in Copenhagen in December, when the accession talks are expected to wrap up. This is what Slovenia's Europe Minister Janez Potocnik told Wednesday's session of the parliamentary commission for European affairs.
