Slovenia Joins Debate on Human Trafficking in Brussels
Brussels, 18 September - Prevention of human trafficking should be approached integrally and multi-disciplinarily, with harsher measures against smuggling networks, by removing the causes of human trafficking, raising awareness, aiding victims and by better co-operation on an international level. Only that way the fight against this sort of slavery can be efficient and successful, agreed on Wednesday a European conference, also attended by Slovenian Interior Minister Rado Bohinc.
