Novartis Would Pay for Lek in Euros

Ljubljana, 19 September - Swiss drug-maker Novartis published on Thursday some changes to its intent to bid for Slovenian pharmaceutical company Lek, which was put out at the end of August. Novartis said today that it would offer to pay in euros, based on the exchange rate of Bank of Slovenia on the last day of the bid.
