Esteemed Slovenian Pianist Dies at 63
Ljubljana, 23 September - Aci Bertoncelj, one of Slovenia's finest pianists and piano teachers, passed away on Sunday, at the age of 63. In 1974, Bertoncelj founded the Tartini Trio (piano, violin, cello), while he held concerts all over the world as a solo performer and as a chamber musician. In 1980, he became professor of piano and chamber music at Ljubljana's Music Academy.
