Slovenian Post Transfers 62-Percent Share of PBS to the State
Maribor, 24 September - The Post of Slovenia has transferred a 62-percent stake in Postna banka Slovenije (PBS) to the state. With the contract signed on Wednesday by Post of Slovenia Director General Alfonz Podgorelec and Secretary General of the Slovenian Government Mirko Bandelj, the state has become the owner of 170,965 shares of PBS, in the value of almost SIT 1.67 billion (EUR 7.3 million), said the Post in a press release.
