Construction Attracts Most Foreign Workers to Slovenia
Ljubljana, 25 September - There are over 35,000 foreigners in Slovenia who were granted a work permit by the government, which is some 5,000 less than before the new act on the employment of foreigners took effect last year. Still, the number is quite high given the over 100,000 unemployed Slovenians, the daily Delo writes on Wednesday.
