Slovenia Hopes to Initial Free Trade Agreement with Yugoslavia on Thursday
Ljubljana, 25 September - Negotiators from Yugoslavia and Slovenia are to meet in the Slovenian seaside resort of Piran on Thursday to discuss a bilateral free trade agreement that the two sides hope to complete by the end of the session. The Slovenian negotiators are confident that the agreement could be initialled by the end of tomorrow's meeting so that its signing and ratification could take place before the end of the year. Slovenia hopes to see the agreement implemented as of the beginning of 2003.
