Successors to Meet in November for Issue of Former Bank Deposits
Strasbourg, 25 September - The issue of deposits in the former Slovenian bank Ljubljanska banka by citizens of other former Yugoslavian republics was discussed in Strasbourg on Wednesday. Rapporteur to the legal and human rights committee of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (CoE PA), Erik Jurgens, and delegation chiefs from the former Yugoslav republics to the assembly decided that Jurgens would set up a November meeting of succession experts from the Yugoslav successor states with an independent expert provided by the legal and human rights committee, Slovenia's Roman Jakic told STA.
