Lek Takeover: LJSE Suspends Trading with Shares of Slovenian Drug-Maker
Ljubljana, 26 September - Trading with shares of Slovenian drug-maker Lek has been suspended by the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Stock Market officials decided for this measure to protect investors, as negotiations between takeover bidder Novartis and the two single largest Lek shareholders on the acquisition price are expected to be wrapped up today.
