Lek Takeover: Dragonja Regrets Shareholders' Decision
Ljubljana, 27 September - Regretting the Lek shareholders' decision not to enable Swiss drug-maker Novartis to take over the Ljubljana-based pharmaceutical company, Lek CEO Metod Dragonja thought that "the Slovenian environment is not yet mature for such projects". He partly blamed it on the issue of what he termed "handing over corporate control".
