Ljubljana, 27 September - When in 1996 the Tudjman's Croatia adopted a constitutional act on co-operation with the Hague tribunal, it was supported precisely by those who now furiously see international conspiracy in every Hague's charge against any Croatian general. Every decision by the authority to comply with the tribunal's demands and respect the constitutional act evokes cries of "Betrayal, betrayal!", a Slovenian daily observes on Friday.
