Ljubljana, 29 September - Three public debates are to be held in parliament on Monday on the proposed changes to the Constitution touching on the presidential term, MPs' immunity and the voting right. Organised by the parliament's constitution commission, the debates are to show whether there is support for proposals put forward by parties that the presidential office should be limited to two terms, that MPs should be protected by immunity in civil cases and that 16-year-olds should be let to the polls.
