Daily Vecer Comments on the Amended Budget Bill

Maribor, 2 October - Finance Minister Anton Rop, who only a day before the summer holidays claimed that next year's budget only needs technical corrections, was wrong. The forecast of the International Monetary Fund that Slovenia will already this year see lower economic growth than anticipated has warned the government a few days too late that economic forecasts are perishables, as the amended budget bill should be in parliament already on Monday at the latest, the daily Vecer writes on Wednesday.
