Ljubljana, 2 October - U.S. President George W. Bush demands from the American Congress a resolution on Iraq that would not limit his military plans. Do not tie my hands, he told his congressmen, who are considering the possibility of a restrictive document. Moreover, Senators Joseph Biden and Richard Lugar proposed a text that would limit the use of violence on Iraq, rather than the "whole region", as had been demanded by Bush, points out Slovenia's leading daily.
