Slovenian Parsek Company Making Its Way to the Japanese Market

Ljubljana, 2 October - The Slovenian company Parsek - active in designing and developing Internet solutions - has signed a contract with the Japanese T&T Corporation on the exchange of shares. Parsek thus acquired a 51.3-percent stake in the Japanese H2O Spirit company, while T&T got a 20-percent share of Parsek. Parsek pointed out that it would improve its presence on the Japanese market, where its subsidiary Parsek Japan was set up last year.
