Kolinska Increases Stake in Serbian Mineral Water Bottler

Belgrade, 3 October - Slovenian food industry Kolinska bought on Thursday an additional 12.5-percent stake in Palanacki kiseljak, so that its entire ownership in Serbia's third-largest bottler of mineral water amounted to 74.78 percent. Today, the Serbian Agency for privatisation also opened bids for the purchase of the Yugoslav Drug Producer Zorka-Pharma, which include the bid submitted by the Slovenian pharmaceutical company Krka.
