Croatian President's Appearance at The Hague Echoes in Delo
Ljubljana, 4 October - With the anthological appearance of Croatian President Stjepan Mesic at The Hague the process against the former Serbian leader Slobodan Milosevic is again making the headlines. Mesic's testimony as that of someone who was directly involved in the 1991 events has contributed a lion's share to the prosecution's attempts to prove Milosevic's influence on the war in Croatia and Bosnia, the Slovenian daily Delo writes on Friday.
