Police to Have New Patrol Boat by May Next Year
Ljubljana, 4 October - A contract on purchase of a new police boat has been signed between Slovenian deputy police chief Andrej Anzic and Anton Zobec, manager of Jadran company that is to deliver the boat by the beginning of May 2003. So far the Slovenian naval police has had only one patrol boat at disposal, however the old P-111 has been off and on in repairs, so the police mostly had to do with a rubber boat when patroling in the Piran Bay.
