Triglav Officials Optimistic About Takeover of Croatia's Largest Insurer

Zagreb, 4 October - Representatives of Zavarovalnica Triglav, Slovenia's leading insurance company, feel optimistic about their bid to buy a 51-percent stake in Croatia's largest insurer, Croatia osiguranje, after concluding talks with the Croatian Government. The government, which seems to be satisfied with Triglav's offer, is expected to make the final decision on the fate of the Croatian insurer by the end of October.
