Succession Finance Committee Makes Little Headway
Sarajevo, 7 October - Representatives of successors to the former Yugoslavia made a small step forward to tackling one of the most burning succession issues - the assets held in mixed subsidiaries of Yugoslavian banks abroad. The successor states agreed on Monday to inform each other on who they would appoint to a special committee that is to examine the assets in each of the eight banks in question, STA was told by Slovenian representative Janez Kosak.
