PM Drnovsek to End Uncertainty Over Presidential Candidacy Wednesday

Ljubljana, 8 October - The council of the Liberal Democrats (LDS) is to put an end to speculations surrounding the possible presidential bid of LDS president and Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek on Wednesday - he is to be officially named the party's candidate for November presidential elections. Drnovsek is also expected to hold a press conference in the afternoon to reveal his final decision to the public.
