Finance: Welcome in Europe, Slovenia!

Ljubljana, 9 October - On Wednesday EU officials are expected to issue the first public statement that Slovenia (together with nine other EU candidate states) is fit for EU accession, in short that it meets all standards. However, a favourable report and recommendation to the leaders of the fifteen member states saying which candidates could conclude negotiations by the end of the year is but the first step, says business daily Finance in its Wednesday's edition.
