PM's Victory at Elections Would Undermine Slovenia's Democracy, Says Bucar

Ljubljana, 9 October - France Bucar, one of the presidential hopefuls, is convinced that he will get the leader of the Liberal Democrats (LDS) Janez Drnovsek into the run-off to the presidential elections, where Bucar believes to have more chances to win against the PM than other challengers who are chasing Drnovsek in the opinion polls. If the PM wins the elections, the LDS will have full control of Slovenia, which will undermine the country's democracy, Bucar told the weekly Mag.
