Italian Contractor Wants no Quarrels with DARS

Trojane, 9 October - Generam manager of the Italian roadworks company Impresa Grassetto Cesare Bagnoli explained Wednesday that the company, which is currently building the Trojane tunnel, does not wish to be involved in a disputed with the Slovenian Motorway Company (DARS). The company admits that some problems occurred during the construction of the tunnel, which were caused by unexpected geological conditions. The burning issue between the Italian contractor and DARS is the question of who will foot the bill for the unforeseen costs.
