Ljubljana, 9 October - Shareholders of Slovenian drug-maker Lek are to meet for an extraordinary assembly on 12 November at which they are to decide on whether to take away the management's power to carry out a capital injection without the fresh shares being offered first to the current shareholders. Analysts believe the move is linked to efforts aimed at preventing a Swiss pharmaceuticals giant from gaining a controlling share in the Slovenian drug-maker.
