Lek's Small Shareholders to Join the Higher-Price Coalition?
Ljubljana, 11 October - Large shareholders of the drugs company Lek signed an agreement in an effort to improve their position in negotiations for a higher price of Lek's shares on Wednesday. The price offered by Swiss pharmaceuticals Novartis is SIT 95,000, and is considered too low by some shareholders. Consequently, they have decided to organise a group of shareholders that would hold 51 percent of Lek. Today, the agreement is expected to be signed by small shareholders as well.
