Presidential Elections: Drnovsek at the Top, Undecided Voters on the Increase

Ljubljana, 12 October - If presidential elections were due this Sunday, PM Janez Drnovsek and independent candidate Barbara Brezigar would battle it out in the, suggests a survey released by Saturday's edition of the Ljubljana-based daily Dnevnik. Drnovsek mustered up 34 percent of the vote, which is more than 2 percent less than last week, while Brezigar - who was backed by 17.2 percent of the respondents last week - would now receive 16.1 percent.
