State Sued for a Billion by 11-year-old Girl

Ljubljana, 14 October - Stojan Jez, chairman of the association Forum - the rights of children to both parents, filed a SIT 1bn (EUR 4.37m) damage claim against the state at the Ljubljana district court on behalf of his eleven-year-old daughter Dasa Jez on Monday. Compensation is claimed for irreparable mental and emotional damages which the plaintiff suffered during a three and a half year-long trial before the Celje district and higher courts.
