Holding of Slovenian Power Plants to Decide on Verbund's Demand
Ljubljana, 15 October - The supervisory board of Holding slovenske elektrarne (HSE), a holding of Slovenian power plants, is to discuss Wednesday a demand by the Austrian electricity company Verbund. The Austrian company requests that HSE and Savske elektrarne buy off its 35-percent share in Sava company together with all the documents needed for the exploitation of hydro-electric power on the lower part of the Sava river.
