Slovenia's Provinces Depend on Constitutional Changes, Says Interior Minister
Ljubljana, 16 October - The introduction of provinces in Slovenia in 2004 depends on whether the parliament votes for the change of Article 143 of the Constitution. The proposed constitutional changes related to the establishment of provinces is to be discussed by the parliamentary constitutional commission on Thursday, was said at Wednesday's presentation of the project's implementation by Interior Minister Rado Bohinc.
