Unofficial Candidate Files Complaint for Infringement of Constitutional Rights

Ljubljana, 16 October - Unofficial presidential candidate Stefan Hudobivnik filed a complaint before the Constitutional Court on Wednesday for what he claims is an infringement of his voting rights based upon articles 14 and 43 of the Slovenian Constitution. He also proposed that a temporary court order be issued to halt the presidential elections.
