Trieste, 16 October - The Trieste judge Luigi Dainotti on Wednesday invalidated the prosecution's demand to try Primoz Sancin, a member of a Slovenian minority organisation in Italy, who had been charged by Italian authorities for digging near a national monument at Basovizza, near the port city of Trieste.
