Canada Confirms Support for Slovenia's NATO Membership

Ottawa, 16 October - Slovenian MPs Roman Jakic of the coalition Liberal Democracy (LDS) and Jozef Jerovsek of the opposition Social Democrats (SDS) finished their three-day visit to Canada on Wednesday, where they took part in an international conference of parliamentarians on the fight against corruption. As part of their bilateral meetings the MPs met with Canadian Foreign Minister Bill Graham, who extended support for Slovenia's NATO membership.
