Siemens Slovenia Celebrates Ten Good Years
Ljubljana, 17 October - Celebrating a ten-year anniversary, the Slovenian subsidiary of Germany's Siemens, recorded SIT 13bn (EUR 56.8m) of net sales revenues in the business year 2001/2002, up 18 percent over the year before. Net profit amounted to SIT 190m (EUR 830,700), which is about the same as last business year. The good results are mainly a consequence of the telecommunications field that represents nearly 60 percent of the company's revenues.
