Ousted Director of Celje Hospital to File Complaint

Ljubljana, 17 October - Samo Fakin, who was relieved of duties as director of the Celje Hospital on 2 October- the decision was approved today by the government, announced Thursday he would contest his dismissal at court. The discharge - he was ousted due to irregularities in prescribing the dialysis drug erythropoietin and the way he managed the hospital - was legally controversial, which will also be proved in court, he told STA.
