Triglav: Klemencic Removed as Chairwoman

Ljubljana, 18 October - Zavarovalnica Triglav supervisory board dismissed chairwoman of the management board Nada Klemencic and member of the board Joze Obersnel on Friday. The supervisors told a press conference after the session that both officials are to stay on with the company, while the management will be from now on in the hands of current member of the board Milan Tomazevic. The supervisors took this decision in order to end the conflict with the Agency for Insurance Control, explained chair Milan Marolt.
