Triglav: Klemencic Removed as Chairwoman

Ljubljana, 18 October - The Zavarovalnica Triglav supervisory board dismissed chair Nada Klemencic and member of the board Joze Obersnel on Friday. The supervisors told a press conference after the session that both officials are to stay on with the company, while the management will be in the hands of incumbent board member Milan Tomazevic. The supervisors took this decision in order to end a dispute with the Agency for Insurance Supervision, explained chair Milan Marolt.
