Phare Funded Purification Plants Start Operating in Western Slovenia

Bovec, 18 October - Two purification plants were opened in Bovec and Kobarid, towns in western Slovenia near the Italian border, on Friday. The construction was partly funded by the EU's Phare programme in the amount of EUR 3.9 million.
