Increasing Awareness of Health Care is Crucial, Says Health Ministry

Ljubljana, 18 October - Europe is becoming increasingly aware of the fact that the concern for health care must reach into broader social spheres, as people's health depends on more than just an active approach for reducing sickness rates. It is essential that national as well as local policies, strategies and programmes be formed so as to ensure optimum short- and long-term effects, Health Ministry State Secretary Jozica Maucec Zakotnik told Friday's press conference.
