Drnovsek Says Slovenia Is Sure to Get NATO Invitation

Ljubljana, 19 October - "Yes, it's fairly certain. In other words: as things are right now, it would be a surprise if we don't get an invitation in Prague," Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek replied to a question whether it is already certain that Slovenia will be admitted to NATO. Drnovsek gave an interview for Saturday's Supplement of the daily Delo, speaking about Slovenia's foreign affairs and some international issues, such as the Iraq crisis, as well as his bid to run for president of Slovenia.
