Lek Takeover: Novartis Raises Bid

Ljubljana, 19 October - Servipharm, a subsidiary of the Novartis company, published on Saturday its modified bid for the purchase of all the shares of the Ljubljana-based drug maker Lek, raising its offer to SIT 105,000 (EUR 459) for one Lek share. Thus, the validity of the bid has also been extended until 4 November at noon.
