EU Should Use Impetus of Irish Yes, Says PM
Ljubljana, 20 October - Now that Ireland has voted yes on the Nice Treaty, Slovenia expects that EU members, which will convene for the Brussels summit on 24 October, will "make use of the new impetus that the positive decision of the Irish voters brings", Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek commented Sunday on the official results of the irish Nice Treaty referendum.
