Ljubljana, 20 October - The decision of the Irish voters, which indirectly opens the gate for the continuation of the final part of negotiations on EU enlargement, means there is less uncertainty, Slovenian Europe Minister Janez Potocnik said Sunday. But most of all, this has reduced the part of uncertainty that is less manageable politically, he said about the Irish go-ahead for the Nice Treaty.
