Haider Plans Legal Action Against Slovenian Minority Representative

Klagenfurt, 22 October - Governor General of the Austrian province of Carinthia Joerg Haider threatened on Tuesday to file legal proceedings against a representative of the Slovenian minority living in the province, lawyer Rudi Vouk. The latter has recently announced plans to internationalise the problems encountered by the Slovenian minority living in the province, and suggested that figures on the minority population had been manipulated.
