Slovenia Believes in Regional Co-Operation, Gov't Official Tells CEI Meeting

Rome, 23 October - Slovenia is getting ready to take on the presidency of the Central European Initiative (CEI) partnership in 2004, as well as join the EU and NATO, State Secretary at the Foreign Ministry Ignac Golob told a CEI meeting of foreign ministry political directors on Tuesday in Rome. Golob also stressed the importance of regional co-operation for enhancing mutual trust, security and stability.
