Helsinki Monitor Accuses Veterinary Administration of Animal Abuse
Ljubljana, 23 October - The Helsinki Monitor of Slovenia (HMS) has filed charges against the officials of the Slovenian Veterinary Administration who on Saturday ordered a relocation of some 320 dogs from the supposedly unsuitable make-shift shelter owned by Milena Mocivnik. HMS told the press on Wednesday that several traces on the scene pointed to animal torture and dog killings.
