Owner of Disputed Dog Shelter Should be Prosecuted, Tierhilfe Süden Says

Ljubljana, 24 October - Controversy surrounding the owner of a make-shift shelter for stray dogs continues, as the German-Austrian association Tierhilfe Süden, which takes care of stray dogs and cats in Southeuropean countries, called on Slovenian authorities on Thursday to file legal action against Milena Mocivnik.
