Opening Hours of Stores Finally Set
Ljubljana, 24 October - Slovenian lawmakers passed on Thursday amendments to the act on trade, giving store owners and employees the chance to decide themselves whether or not they want to be open, or work on Sundays and holidays. The owners will thus have the say about opening hours during the week, but Sunday operations will be subject to some restrictions, and employees will have to give written consent for Sunday operations.
